UTILITIES OPERATOR
Our client is a Leading Fertilizer Manufacturing Company based in Abu Dhabi requires hiring a utilities Operator to work on site, the ideal candidate must have completion of secondary technical (12 Years) Education or (ATI diploma for UAE National), 4 years diversified experience in the process operations in fertilizer, chemical or a related industry. He should be responsible to but not limited to reviews laboratory analysis, adds chemicals to cooling water tank, as per the advice of shift supervisor, maintains nitrogen purity, follow-up chemical clearing of S.W. heat exchangers as per procedure when required, maintains the instrument air pressure, maintains Boiler feed water quality, any upsets in the system should be corrected and supervisor to be informed, carries out analysis such as PH and conductivity whenever necessary, follow-up chemicals unloading /storage, starts up and shuts down the MP Boiler in safe condition, operates the boiler safely, maintains the required chemicals levels, prepares all the chemicals required for the boiler, takes care of all low pressure pumps, regulates the prilling system, prevents, reports unsafe working conditions and contributes to HSE awareness promotion, ensures that the conveyors system is in good condition, maintains the dust dissolving system, adheres to company HSE policies, procedures and complies to established work permit system.
