Job description
Responsible for management of the commissioning of facility including offsite/utilities, Beneficiation Process Plant and the gas turbine generation plant. Each of these plants is being delivered under EPC contract arrangement. The Commissioning Manager will be required to manage the contractors responsible for the Plants and to coordinate between them, the mining contractor and the Employer operations team.
He will be supported by team of 4 commissioning discipline engineers and the contractors commissioning teams.
He will be required to develop pre-commissioning and commissioning organization charts and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in similar commissioning role in mining or rock beneficiation processes.
- Process or Mechanical Engineering degree is essential.
- Experience of working within the Middle East is essential.
