Job Description:

Develops and maintains contract agreements, maintenance agreements and service agreements for the provision of complex IT professional service & Information Technology Infrastructure. Prepares and monitors contract expenditures and prepares written reports. Co-ordinates and manages the renewal and extension of contracts, resolving any discrepancies accordingly Researches and interprets contract provisions including explaining contract processes, penalties and compliance terms to users Develops, compiles, conducts and monitors advertisements, bids, bid openings, and evaluations of Requests for Proposals for required services and consultant contracts Plans, directs and manages the IT procurement activities under Administration direction from the Information Technology Manager Develops mechanisms to ensure the integrity and timely status updates of Information Technology Assets.

Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Computers ) , Bachelor of Business Administration
