Filling right documents in the right folder/file
Keep up-to-date – Log Folder/File as per “IN” & “OUT” correspondence receipt
Support project team on the administrative tasks i.e. submitting all the project related documents to various functions and client, preparation of WIR & Correspondence log as per the document flow etc.

Requirement:
*High school diploma required
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures,customer service principles and practices
*Good Typing skills
*Be Familiar with MS –Office package and should have sound knowledge of MS Word & Excel
*Good English language skills (both oral and written)
*Strong English communication skills
