Requirement:
• Responsible to plan, manage leasing 8 budget forecast to maximize  occupancy of company mix portfolio.
• Responsible to manage tenants. keep a occupied with tenants,  budget improvement.
• Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions.
• Generate new leasing leads 8 Negotiate deals from inception to final     execution.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relative experience Is required
