Requirements:

Able to monitor the allocation of job orders to ensure the right tasks are handed to the right technicians with the suitable skills for the job, carrying out the maintenance operations in timely and cost effective manner, as well as, being responsible for staff 
scheduling which includes work assignments/rotations etc.
