JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification Requirements:
#Applicant must have a University Degree in Banking or Finance field. (an additional professional HR certification will be a plus).
#At least 10 years of HR retail financial products experience (of which minimum 2-3 years must be in Training and Development in a retail financial organization in GCC).
Responsibilities:
*Produce training materials for in-house courses and devise a retail financial training strategy for the organization.
*Design and develop training and development programmes based on both the organization and the individual's needs.
*Assess the return on investment of any training or development program.
*Maintain the costs of planned programmes within budgets.
*Identify training and development needs within the company.
