Job Description:
Our client, a Middle East based Islamic Banking organization is looking for a Head of Retail Sales to join its growing team in Qatar. The successful candidate has to work with the AGM Retail to develop the strategy to drive product distribution growth across retail segments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance relationships to implement profitable partnerships which are successful in the market place.
• Determine competitive pricing strategy within agreed overall revenue objectives.
• Devise customer specific marketing strategies to grow market share and ensure the smooth launch of new products and services.
• Build a strong network of existing and target retail banking clients and seek innovative ways to access untapped markets.
• Formulate training programmers for all relevant staff to build their product knowledge and communicate available products and services effectively.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline, ideally MBA with Finance.
• At least more than ten years' experience working in a related role in a financial services institution, of which at least half is ideally Islamic Banking experience in retail banking in the GCC.
• Fluent in spoken and written English as well as Arabic.
