Our client, a local bank is looking for Customer service representative (Uae National) for their Dubai operations. Responsibilities would be : Lobby management, telephone pick-ups, account enquiries, receiving & delivery of customer documents and requests. Managing delivery of ATM, Credit Cards, Return Cheques & cheque book to customers Requirements : • High School Certificate • 1-3 years practical experience as a Customer Services Representative as a front line position, knowing retail banking products & systems • Good PC Skills.

Education: Basic - Secondary School , Bachelor of Arts

Nationality: Emirati (UAE)
