A well established sports goods company in Qatar has vacancies for Showroom Supervisors. All the applicants should be a Graduate. Work experience of 3 - 5 years in a similar role in the retail sector is required. Effective communication skills in Arabic and English as well as computer literacy are mandatory. Maximum age limit for this position is 35 years. Should be a results oriented and customer focus minded. Should possess excellent analytic skills.
Responsibilities:
> Liaise with management and other department and maintain excellent rapport in relation to the company’s sales and man management by performing overall operating functions.
> Increase customer base by increasing the number of customers.
> Maintain high customer retention ratio.
> Reduce customer dissatisfaction and grievance.
