Responsibilities
• Reporting to the director of service quality; primarily responsible for all the car dealers in the UAE.
• Preparing sales reports.
• Maintaining the Service Quality Customer Service Standards Library for the department.
• Developing a training programme to be used for local customers, in line with the customer service strategy.
• Managing and developing business weekly / monthly reports and cost / effectiveness justifying.
• Ability in supervising, motivating and developing teams and programmes.
• Handling and swiftly resolving car dealers’ complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Creating and introducing car dealers’ awareness and feedback forms with most useful results.
Requirements:
• Preferably have worked in any automotive car magazine, with experience in advertising sales.
• Have established a good network of automobile businesses varying from auto dealers to any other services related to the industry due to previous work.
• Knowledge of using any CRM / sales software. Driving license
