Job description
Oversee the management of all catered events including food and beverages, equipment, and staffing
Develop and monitor budget and sales goals related to food and labour costs
Market and sell Dean & Deluca catering services to potential internal and external clients; meet and consult with clients to inform of all services provided, and establish catering requirements of the events
Qualifications
Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
5 - 8 years industry management experience in a high end, high volume environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a high level of customer service is critical
