Job description
* Assist Department Manager with daily office administration activity related to incoming/outgoing correspondence/technical documentation, including receipt/recording/distribution to third parties (as required) and follow-up.
* Operates personal computer to discharge all functional duties including but not limited to correspondence, document logs/data uploads/spreadsheets and Intranet applications.
* Requisitions supplies, printing, maintenance, and other services.
* Assists in facilitating Qatari nationals under development, as directed by Department Manager.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or 3 Year equivalent Degree in Business Administration
Relevant experience with computer software and data management systems.
Experience in document control systems.
Experience in administration of budgets.
Experience with SAP applications
