JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

-Must have a Masters Degree from a well reputed University.

-Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in KSA market, with specific understanding of real estate development and real estate finance.

-Technical background and experience in real estate sector (Eg. architect, civil engineer).

-Strong proficiency with finance and investment.

-Must be an Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities:

•Revenue generation, business acguisition and client relationship management.

•Maintain an up to date pulse on market through competitor and market analysis.

•Develop cross functional opportunities with other business practices of the company.

•Develop and implement a business development strategy and meet the profitability objectives of Development Management Services practice.
