Ignite Selection recruiters is in search of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be worked in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Details:
-Working closely with the client evaluating all claims and extension of time.
-Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and initiate commercial correspondence.
-Review the tender estimate provided by the Quantity Surveyor.
-Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed monthly cost schedules available for each work contract.
Requirements:
-Must hold a Degree in either Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
-Solid experience in claims and evaluating claims is a necessity.
-Must have 8 to 10 years of experience (5 years of experience in GCC/Middle East)
-Excellent analytical skills and self motivation required
