Job Details:
-Assist the team in replying to customers’ enquiries (e-mails, phone,fax etc.) using the Best Practice guidelines, approved scripts and process guidelines.
-Assist in collection and archiving of all documentation.
-Utilise ERP software and IMS dedicated to Customer Service.
-Follow and enact the agreed standards of quality and quantity and process all orders/ claims/ queries.
Requirements:
-Applicant must hold a University Degree / Diploma.
-At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
-Computer knowledge
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Organization skills
