REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a BE degree in sub sea Engineering / Mechanical / Structural Engineering.
> Work experience of minimum ten years in the sub sea industry (3-5 years as Bid Manager / Commercial Manager / Project Manager).
> Experience in offshore is a bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Research and define the possible subcontractors for a project.
> Make sure that the project documentation is going systematically.
> Highlight resources and engineering work needed to effectively execute the project.
> Assess the risks during the project phase and adopt necessary methods to minimise risks.
> Performing detailed technical analyses of the sub sea scope of work provided by clients.
> Identify the commercial risks factors and issues associated with operations as well as contracts administration.
> Analyse the competition, the probability of winning the contract and create a bidding strategy for projects / clients.
> Ensure the submission of the tenders within the specified timeframe and after allowing for an internal review QA/QC process.
> Co operate with the management to create cost- effective bids / proposals in order to determine technical risks and commercial implications.
