Job Description:-
Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their dynamic team in Doha.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify problem areas, in retail branches as well as recommend the required corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
• Participate in development activities of branches and introduction of new services to meet customer needs.
• Improve processes during the conduct of the Quality Control reviews in order to reduce operating costs.
Qualification Requirements:
• Accounting qualification.
• Good understanding for Quality’s principle as well as excellent PC skills, particularly MS Office.
• Banking experience of at least three years in Operations / Quality in a bank in the GCC.
• Attended courses in 6 Sigma and with a high level of fluency in Arabic.
