Job Description:

Our client, one of the largest private business groups in the UAE, requires a Chief
Accountant for their FMCG division.

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of both financial and management accounting activities.

• Handle the team, provide guidance in resolving conflicts, delegate / organize
tasks, motivate / lead teams during project developments.

• Responsible for preparing financial and performance reports, assisting
departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control and tax studies.

• Monitor financial position, financial performance and cash flows of the
company

• Revise any discrepancies of reports and check the company’s assets and
liabilities that could affect its equity in the future.

• Ensure that the company abides by the set of laws implemented by the state
related to taxes and handle financial transactions.

.Qualifications and Requirements:

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (Indian and Pakistani).

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and a background in ERP.

• Minimum five years of post qualification experience of which three years must be in
the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

• Strong analytical ability, excellent communication and leadership skills.
