Job Description:
The ideal candidate has to provide technical support
in client related matters to assigned Relationship Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Dispatch research material to clients as per their requests.
• Monitor the deposit and loan expiry dates in order to ensure smooth roll-overs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to facilitate the transmission of information to clients.
• Supply clients with customized accounts statements and valuation reports not readily available in the system.
• Prompt management of orders and report trades, transactions, payments and remittances for clients of the branch.
Qualification Requirements:
• University degree in Banking and Finance.
• At least five years of similar managerial experience in a bank in the GCC.
