KAR Group, a leading business group in the distribution and supply of spare parts is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Technical Supervisor for its operations in KSA. Only candidates who are university degree holder in business management or engineering  may apply. Minimum 5 years of experience in GCC in a similar environment is required. Should possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Should be a strategic thinker and result oriented personality with good team playing spirit.
Job Description:
> Provide technical support to clients as well as commercial teams.
> Fix targets and preparing periodical performance summary for management reporting.
> Plan visiting customers across GCC region.
> Identifying any issues and try to solve it.
> Formulate a process and system of issue reporting, escalation and closure.
> Develop understanding of commercial and technical aspects of products and provide training orientation to customers and new employees as required.
> Manage the technical room and keep it tidy for product orientation to customers.
> Co-ordinate with supplier’s technical teams for new product knowledge and training.
> Develop and implement customer dash board to improve relationship and their satisfaction.
> Provide customers with sales sheets and presentations on a weekly basis to support push strategy.
> Knowledge of Commercial Axles and Brake Systems Mandatory.
