Candidates who have the ability and willingness to perform the following duties as a Sales Coordinator may apply as soon as possible.
> Maintaining and tuning the harmony between the sales department and other factory departments.
> Follow up the order status with production, stores, logistics and invoice preparation from the commercial department.
> Prepare all documents needed to register ATI in customers vendors database in coordination with the sales member responsible for the customer.
> Report any activity that may delay the order delivery.
> Monitoring the collection status report prepared by commercial department, send the statement of account for customers & follow up for collections.
> Receiving sample requests from the sales team, then delivers to QC & work on getting the samples in time.
> Preparing CON forms (based on P.O. received from sales member/s), deliver to PPC & get their signature for the delivery date & Quantity,�
inform the sales man for the final delivery status.
> Send ATI credit forms to credit customers and ensure that the receiving form are filled, signed & stamped properly.
> Keep record for all sales members day by day visits, the record should show the current visit results & next visit date, actions taken and goals,the report should contain all customers details,�
contact person & visit history for every sales member individually. This report will be handled to marketing manager every week end.
