REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be completed secondary (12 years) education.
> Should have completed a 3 year Course in Hotel and catering Management.
> Work experience of 7 to 8 years in catering activities in large industrial catering establishment (3 years in a senior supervisory position) is needed.
> preference to applicants with experience in Flight Catering.
> Should be fluent in oral and written English and Arabic.
> Able to communicate with customers internally as well as externally and internationally.
> Should possess excellent staff leadership skills.
> Need good organizational skills.
> Computer literacy is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Make sure that all equipment and bonded functions are carried out effectively and properly controlled by assigned officers.
> Directs and supervises the activities of assigned personal in operations section.
> Ensuring that high level of efficiency for all units being carried out.
> Planning and controlling the day to day operations.
> Assists in setting of the manpower budget.
> Fleet planning, assignment, control and maintenance.
> Ensure timely delivery and planning for external Customers.
> Maintains and controls cost, records, designs shift rosters.
> Ensure smooth loading and offloading of food and equipment to and from the aircrafts.
