A hospitality group based in Bahrain is looking for a HR manager to join their family orientated team..
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring retention, through incentives and training.
• Recruitment of quality staff for the group, by means of a rigorous interview and selection process.
• Listening and showing empathy to individual needs and the confidence and ability to represent the staff to senior management
• Identifying staff qualities, mapping career progression which may include moving staff to other departments where their strengths may be more beneficial.
• With policies and procedures already in place the incumbent would need to ensure the system continues to run effectively.
Qualification Requirements :
• With HR being main focal point to the success of our business, we are looking for the individual who can control the whole feeling and presence of the group so attitude is at the top of the list of requirements.
• Minimum Five years of experience in the HR field preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field or combination of education and/or experience. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
