We are currently having exciting opportunities for experienced mobile & phone customer returns technicians to join our team.
Job responsibilities:
• Faultfinding of mobile phones to component level
• Reporting in process improvements.
• Work mainly on level 1 & level 2 to improve quality
Key skills:
• Proven faultfinding experience on at least one of the following manufacturers; phone, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Sharp. Samsung.
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
• High volume mobile phone handset repair experience gained in major repair centre.
• Be able to have high standard of work and attention to detail.
• Team player
