JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Developing customer specific support plans, leveraging IT GAP assessment, industry and AwalNet service knowledge.
> Ensure customer specific process, policies and procedures are documented well and available to the Service Management, Marcom, Sales, support teams team to allow for correct customer experience delivery .
> Service readiness from, technical, Sales, Marketing point of view.
> Manage Price & Placement of each service.
> Pro actively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the customer's equipment/ service.
> Content Preparation & Approval
> Manage training for Sales, Technical Support, Service and Management teams enabling them to cater their needs in a professional way.
> Performance of all the services under his area of responsibility.
> Applicants should be a B.Sc. holder in computer science or MIS.
> More than 4 years of experience of service development in either IT/ Telecom / ASP sector is needed.
> Background in Projects Management & Marketing is essential.
> More than 4 years of experience of service development in either IT/ Telecom / ASP sector is needed.
> Background in Projects Management & Marketing is essential.
> Should be able to multi-task simultaneous escalations.
> Functional technical knowledge of service development in an IT, Telecom service environment.
> Should be a good business acumen.
> Good skills in MS Office is essential.
> Expert presentation skills are required for interacting with sales team, customers and management.
> Need good project management experience with effective prioritizing and documentation skills.
> Good communication skills in Arabic and English is required.
> Functional technical knowledge of service development in an IT, Telecom service environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Develop and maintain standard project documentation such as project/ service plans, > Developing customer specific support plans, leveraging IT GAP assessment, industry and AwalNet service knowledge.
> Ensure customer specific process, policies and procedures are documented well and available to the Service Management, Marcom, Sales, support teams team to allow for correct customer experience delivery .
> Service readiness from, technical, Sales, Marketing point of view.
> Manage Price & Placement of each service.
> Pro actively identifying and resolving issues before they affect the customer's equipment/ service.
> Content Preparation & Approval
> Manage training for Sales, Technical Support, Service and Management teams enabling them to cater their needs in a professional way.
> Performance of all the services under his area of responsibility.
> Presenting periodical service development progress report to immediate boss.
> Development of Service Description of each service ( both detailed & Public versions
> Reduce case activity rate by implementing AwalNet best practices.
