> Marcom experience of at least 5 years in an IT or Telecom Organization is needed.
> Experience in Brand / Marketing Communications ,Project Management and Vendor Management required.
> Should be able to multi-task in a rapid-paced, matrix environment.
> Should possess team-building and leadership skills.
> Good oral and written communication skills are critical to prepare and present to all senior levels of management.

> Need good computer skills (MS Office, Adobe graphic software).
> Should be an expert in creative and business writing, including a strong command of grammar and punctuation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Developing annual Marcom strategy & plans.
> All sorts of company’s internal & External communications.
> Manage advertising, promotion, public relation,online marketing, events management and production ATL & BTL.
> Managing all marketing campaigns ie preparing and releasing agency briefs, contacts, review & finalize the artwork, budget,etc.

> Managing all marketing campaigns ie preparing and releasing agency briefs, contacts, review & finalize the artwork, budget,etc.
> Oversees appropriate inventory levels.
> Monitoring production and ensure timely distribution of materials, collateral, programs and field distributions with appropriate end-user communication, including managing the print and production process.
> Ensuring total accuracy of materials including specific product information and proofing elements (grammar, punctuation, trademark usage, dates, prices, branding standards etc.).
> Confirm consistency of brand image in all programs, events and promotional pieces.
> Maintain effective working relations with the advertising & P.R agencies and Service development teams.
> Responsible for company Retention Programs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
