Abdullah A.M. Al Khodari Sons Company a leading construction company in Saudi Arabia requires immediately the project manager (Swage Lines & Network projects) to join its construction team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate Civil Engineer from a reputed University.

• Fifteen years experience of which at least five years should have been as a Project Manager.

Skills & Competencies:

• Coordinate with Consultant and Owner to finalize technical issues based on codes and standards.

• Lead the technical and construction teams toward maximizing progress rate and achieving planned targets.

• Prepare material submittals and obtain approvals.

• Prepare construction methodology and plan including resources such as manpower, materials, equipment. Sub-contractors.

• Prepare a comprehensive Monthly Project Progress Report for top management review.

• Able to read, comprehend and fulfill contract general and special conditions, drawings and specifications.

• Liaise with government bodies as required.

• Mature leadership and man-management skills to direct a multinational workforce.

• Excellent communication and public relations to deal effectively with Clients and Consultants.
