Ref - 10995/DX).A UK based international company is setting up their new operations in Dubai and requires an Office Administrator with three years local experience in the similar role. A Graduate with solid computer skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must and Arabic would be an advantage. Interpersonal, administrative, correspondence and supervisory skills are a must. You will be responsible to assist the Sales Director, take new telephone leads, update the company data base, web information and oversee the daily administration. Taking travel reservation for General Manager and maintain all staff personal files. Register & apply online.
