Job Description:

Supreme Council of Health, State Of Qatar.
Primary Health Care (PHC) is seeking a professional 
candidate in theFinance manager.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA 
preferable

• Professional qualification in finance preferred 
(e.g. CFA)
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic

• Minimum of three years experience as a Finance 
Manager.

• Provides financial advice and support to PHC and 
Health Centers to ensure they are aligned to the 
financial strategy set out by the Director of 
Finance and Contracting.

• Knowledge in International Financial Reporting 
Standards (IFRS).
