A regional retail logistics company based in Kuwait immediately requires a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager.
Job Requirements:
> Applicants should be a Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline.�
> Work experience of more than 5 years in marketing is required.
> Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English is essential.
> Able to direct and motivate teams.�
> Willingness to work under pressure.�
> Should be a local driving license holder.
> Should possess excellent negotiation, presentation and inter personal skills.
> Should be an independent, initiative, dynamic, resourceful and customer oriented personality.
> Need transferable visa.�
Job Responsibilities:
> Building and maintaining professional and profitable relationships with customers.�
> Handling the entire sales cycle.
> Ensure that call quotas, sales targets and budgets are attained.�
> Growing current existing businesses and to hunt, develop and follow up on sales leads.
> Formulating and implementing a new aggressive B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategy and plan.�
> Prospect new customers and businesses.�
