Job Title: Manager Recruitment
Function: HR & CA

Reports to: Director Organizational Development
Purpose of the job:
Develop and manage the policies, programs and procedures for recruitment, selection and hiring, as support to line management, in line with the HR policies and manpower planning, in order to fill vacancies and create a positive image of the company in the labor markets.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Policies and procedures
Develop and maintain the policies and procedures for recruitment & selection and for labor market communication (aligned with corporate communication) for all Sadafco and ensure implementation after approval of the Director OD.
2. Recruitment & selection
Organize and manage the processes for recruitment and selection, including mass recruitment on request, in line with the annual recruitment plan, job descriptions, and specifications by line management, in order to provide suitable candidates for the jobs in grade 7 up to the direct reports of the Directors.
3. Active search
Ensure active search for suitable candidates by the recruitment unit, using relevant new media, social networks and CV databases, to detect suitable candidates.
4. Open applications
Ensure all open applications are reviewed, processed and answered and CV’s are filed in the CV database.
5. Employer branding and advertising
Develop, implement and execute policies and programs for effective employer branding, recruiting campaigns and specific job advertizing, in order to attract qualified candidates and to create a positive image of the company in the relevant labor markets.
6. Recruitment agencies
Select, contract and manage recruitment agencies for delivering candidates when required, in alignment with the Director OD.
7. Employment offerings
Agree with C&B on reward packages and conditions for employment offerings and present to and negotiate with candidates, on behalf of line management.
8. Induction
Develop the on-boarding policies and procedures and the induction program for new hires, and ensure execution in cooperation with the Training & Development unit.
9. Employment contracts
Ensure new employees are evaluated before the end of probation time and that the employment contract is drafted by C&B and, after approval of line management, is sent to new employees.
10. Administration & reporting
Develop and maintain a recruitment administration, including a CV database to enable tracking and tracing candidates, for management reporting on statistics and recruitment progress.
Job Requirements:
· Educational level: Master degree
· Minimal experience: 7 years in recruitment
· Languages: English, Arabic
