Requirements:

•Fluency in both written and spoken English(Arabic knowledge will be advantageous)

•Strong Recruitment capability

•Strong HR and Admin skills

•Very good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

•Minimum 7 years of experience

•Experience in dealing with a multi-national workforce

•Experience in Oil & Gas sector

•Be well versed with Kuwait Private Sector Labour Law
