JOB DESCRIPTION

Requed for a leading International Construction Company in Riyadh.

Qualification Requirements:

•B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying and will be a member of the RICS / MRICS / FRICS accreditation.

•Minimum 13 years experience which should include 7 years within the interior and exterior finishing construction projects, and having worked with International Contractor Companies.

•Working knowledge of industry standard forms of contract.

•Experience in preparing and negotiating the contractual and commercial aspects of sizeable construction contracts.

•Contracts management of major projects 

•Implementation contractual and commercial controls systems at site.

•Claim identification, preparation and negotiation.

•Commercial negotiations with sub-contractors.

•Familiar with FIDIC possess a degree in Quantity Surveying.

•Knowledge of Gulf region’s contract conditions preferred.

•MRICS / FRICS accreditation.

•Ability to work under pressure to ensure all work progresses to meet deadlines.

•Expertise with construction and fit out work in MENA.

•Excellent English communication skills.

•Residential / Transferable Iqama.
