A leading venture capital firm in Middle East has vacancies for Finance and Operations Manager to work in KSA. Only master's degree holder in finance are required to apply for this post. Preference will be given to applicants with qualifications like CPA or CA. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role is required. GCC experience essential. Should possess good oral communication skills in Arabic. 

Job Duties:

1. Take part in the annual audit and financial reporting process.

2. Overlook financial reporting, auditing and other financial management functions.

3. Manage Zakat administration, maintaining financial objectives and profitability in an efficient manner.

4. Disbursement management for fund investment and expenses.

5. Management of third party fund administrator relationships.

6. Coordination of business systems and software functions.
