JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

* Applicant should have a Degree in Food Service or Hotel Management.

* Minimum 10 years of relevant hands on experience (last 5 years experience in fine dining from reputable hotels and airline kitchens).

* Thorough knowledge of food, beverages and fine dining.

* Well versed in computer applications.

* Excellent skills in English (spoken and written).
