Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for quality management systems, philosophies and methodologies by implementing policies, procedures, strategies & quality objectives consistent with business needs and customer expectations.
This position also leads process / continuous improvement program throughout the organization to address improvement opportunities and problems that impact customer satisfaction, organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Person Specification:
- 4-5 years Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline.
- 15 years experience, 7 years of which is in a Senior Quality Management Position.
- AWS CWI, ASNT NDT Level III, NACE CIP II certification is highly desirable.
- Six Sigma Certification is desirable.
- Experience in Structural steel fabrication and galvanizing process for transmission and telecom towers will be an advantage.
- In depth knowledge of quality management systems and processes including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSA 18001, regulatory compliance and quality audit.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the implementation of process / performance improvement initiatives.
- High level competency in TQM, Sig Sigma Programs, FMEA, DOE, 5S, Kaizen and lean tool & techniques.
-Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, ERP (Oracle)
-Knowledge of Minitab, SSPS and other statistical packages a plus.
- Team player with excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills in English language.
- Office and plant environment, subject to stress caused by changes tasks, tight deadlines and heavy workload and some travel as required.
