Job Description:-

Our client, a Middle East based Islamic bank is looking for a Chief Investment Officer to join their dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate, who reports to the CEO, will be responsible for assisting the CEO in formulating a strategic plan to obtain board approvals and managing day to day operations of the bank.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze investment opportunities and take investment and exit decisions.

• Monitor performance against targets and ensure the achievement of set objectives.

• Formulate the departmental level operational framework and oversee their implementation.

• Establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with key clients to serve the business interests of the bank.

• Develop new products / services to take advantages of market opportunities and serve client needs. 

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration and/or Finance & Accounting.

• At least Ten to fifteen years of experience preferably in a reputable investment bank, Investment Company or organization related to investment industry in the GCC.
