Job Details:
* Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
* Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new
meetings and appointments.
* Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
* Develop and maintain a filing system.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Two years experience in administration field.
* Good knowledge of MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
