JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Skills:

- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 10 years experience in construction specially in apartment developmentof

  which at least 2 years in Dubai

- Exposure to design and architecture

- Knowledge of rules and regulations of apartment construction in Dubai

- Strong leadership & team management skills

- Follow up on all contract phases

- Tendering, planning, execution, cost control.
