Job description:
• In-person and over-the-phone on site technical support for computer and CCTV equipment
• PC-based and embedded equipment assembly
• Customer service assistance and remote access
• Sales to existing customer base (when free from support duties) [no cold calling]
• Shipping and receiving hardware and products
wiring and networking layout surveying and mapping and inspecting the location and reporting technical.
Requirements:
• Perfect written and oral communication skills
• Solid PC hardware, software and networking knowledge in the fields
• Multitasking – work involves several roles of different nature, often almost simultaneously
• Ability to assemble a PC from start to finish without supervision
• Strict on-time performance, work ethics and discipline
• Proven ability to close sales preferred
• CCTV experience preferred, but will train the right person
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Able to lift up to 80Lb package (not a part of daily routine, but required occasionally)
- Must also be familiar with Wireless satellite connection and Surveillance camera installation and troubleshooting.
