Primarily working with private German companies, the client base consists of leading firms in construction, engineering, security solutions & technologies, industrial goods, media, and many more. To support our business development team, we are immediately seeking a Business Sales Consultant with over 10 year’s professional experience to be based in Qatar and supervise the Sales activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with the team in coordination with clients in order to effectively develop and execute a sales and business development strategy.
- Conduct Business Development action and lead communications with the clients. Effectively implement, develop and execute a business and sales plan.
- Provide leadership, progress and goal orientation in developing and managing business and sales performance through effective collaboration and acquisition.
- Supervise and update marketing collateral content.
- Assist in determining financial status of the business whilst monitoring the progress.
- Implement company standards in relation to new and current business opportunities.
- Expected to uncover new business and sales opportunities by various independent self directed means.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10 + years of professional business and/or sales experience.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly consult to a variety of audiences.
- Broad understanding of current marketing and sales trends, their impact on business strategies, and their implications in creating and sustaining a competitive advantage.
- Create mutually beneficial relationships with clients, potential clients and alliances.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative ideas across a wide variety of business and sales units.
- Strong ability to multi task and prioritize, whilst having the ability to work quickly, collaboratively and communicatively in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
- Strong personal drive, motivation, use of effective time management and entrepreneurial.
- Analytical, accurate and well organized, with a high attention to detail.
