> All the applicants should be a graduates.Work experience of at least 10 years in organizing and developing the real estate business is required.
> Having experience with property management will be great beneficial.
> Fluent communication skills in English is mandatory
> Should be a strong personality and a committed and dedicated personnel with the ability to handle the real estate division independently.
> Excellent knowledge of renting and selling of properties.
> This position will be accountable for generating new business idea and initiatives to drive the profitability of the company.
> Submits a monthly business development report identifying leads, summary of discussions / meetings and probabilities of success.
> Plan, implement new business strategies for the company, also promoting the existing business of the company .
> Should be a strong negotiator in property dealings.
