Job Description:-

Our client, a prestigious Middle East based bank is looking for a Deputy Head of Banc assurance to join its dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Claims and Reinsurance program, and assist the Head of Banc assurance to attain the company business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations.

• Ensure compliance with any and all requirements for regulatory bodies.

• Support in designing, developing and implementing the strategic business plan.

• Design and develop new products and services as well as identify new markets for their sales.

• Provide assistance in the establishment of performance indicators, and monitoring of

   performance against goals.

• Develop and implement revenue generation activities, including premium generation,

  business development and investment income.

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• At least more than eight years of experience in the Insurance industry.
