Job Description:

A leading civil engineering and contracting company in Bahrain is currently hiring for JOINERY MANAGER.

Qualification Requirements:

= Bachelor degree in architecture or civil 
engineering with additional qualifications in 
interior design.

= Very good communication skills.

= Strategic thinker with full P&L responsibility.

= Capable to work on multiple assignments under 
tight deadlines.

= Thorough understanding of joinery operations, 
design, estimation, planning, production, quality 
control, HSE and site installation.

= Ten to twelve years experience in a joinery factory with 
minimum five years as a joinery manager.

= Must have demonstrated experience in large-scale 
joinery production and site installation works.

= Highly organized, focused and able to lead a 
large multi-cultural team.
