Work Region: Dubai, UAE
Job Details:
*Preparation of budgets and cost plans at concept stage, based on initial design intent information
*Preparation and maintenance of the contract documentation
*Issuing and obtaining tenders from suppliers and subcontractors
*Negotiation and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier terms and conditions
Requirements:
*Applicant must have 10 to 15 years of experience in commercial management (within Structural steel, General Civil Works).
*Proven background in the structural steel market
*Excellent commercial skills and contractual knowledge
*Strong analytical skills
*High attention to detail
*Be a dynamic person with excellent managerial abilties
