ADNOC - Distribution in UAE is searching for a qualified Organization Development Specialist

Job Details:
The main job purpose is to support the supervision of consultancy services related to Organisation Development and Transformation, Organizational Design, Staff Analysis and Optimisation in order to align systems, processes and structures to achieve the strategic objectives of ADNOC Distribution.

Requirements:
-Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
-Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR.
-Minimum 3 years experience in Organisation Development Consulting.
-Solid Analytical skills
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Must be proficient in English language (written & verbal).


 
Experience Range 11 to 12 Years
