Job Description : Vice President/ Director of Corporate Finance, Saudi Arabia/North Africa



Our client, a market leading Corporate Finance boutique established over 15 years exclusively covering the MENA region is looking for candidates at VP or Director level to join its Corporate Finance teams in Riyadh and North Africa. The successful candidates have to proactively contribute to the origination and execution of M&A and capital market transactions. This is an outstanding opportunity with high exposure and excellent deal flow covering expanding markets across the MENA region. 



Responsibilities:



• Coordinate and manage deal execution. 
• Conduct and review comprehensive valuation analysis. 
• Coordinate company and industry due diligence efforts. 
• Generate pitching ideas and originate new transactions.
• Train junior members of the team to build and maintain client relationships. 



Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree from a leading University, preferably MBA from a leading Business School.
• Tier One Investment Bank experience is a pre requisite.
• Arabic speaking and regional experience is desirable.
