HR OFFICER
HR officer currently need for one of Group Company based in Abu Dhabi, working closely with departments, recruiting staff, includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates, developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management, should have Diploma/Degree in HR Management with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same field. Good organizational skills, basic IT and innumeracy skills, with excellent IT skills required for managing/operating computerized payroll and benefits systems.
