Requirement:

• Possess BS or BA degree in Information technology, computer science or any related field

• 5+ years experience in networking management & database (SQL, oracle etc.)

• Microsoft certified system administrator (MCSA) is a plus Demonstrated self-starter and

• ability to independently resolve problems and have the ability to work under pressure and efficiently complete a task in a timely manner Experience supporting or developing web application in a windows/ IIS / MSSQL environment

• Candidate should have experience in technical trouble shooting and resolving desktop, server, network issues
Configuration, upgrades and maintenance of Technology & telecom devices Proficient working knowledge of Windows 2000 / XP / 2003/ Vista as well as networking and troubleshooting e.g. break fixes of desktops, laptops, printers with Windows XP environment experience required.

• Maintain documentation & asset inventory for all IT related service agreements, licenses warranties and other hardware / software Pleasant personality, excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to independently research problems and create solutions and demonstrate high level of energy and flexibility
